Girls' House in Finsbury Park (lease ends in Dec)

Looking for a girly to move in to our 4 bed house share in a gated community in Finsbury Park!

NB: this room is ideal for someone who only needs a place until the end of 2026!

Double room, 8 mins walk to the tube, car parking space, garden.

All 27 year old girls that work in marketing.

We love going out for food, going to one of the many pubs on our road (Arsenal tavern for karaoke or Bank of Friendship to name a few) or on nights out, or chilling on the sofa together to watch love island / new Netflix series and going for walks and coffee round Clissold Park. We love the area as there is so much to do! We are a group of clean, friendly, welcoming girls who are looking for another friend as well as a housemate!

The area:
8 min walk to Finsbury Park station, 12 min walk from Arsenal station and 25 min walk from Highbury and Islington. Our road has loads of restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs - it basically has everything you need (even our favourite nail salon) and some amazing wine bars and book shops 📚🥂.

Note that the lease ends at the end of December 2026 and the remaining tenants are likely to move out at the end of the lease. If you wanted to stay on, you'd have to find replacement tenants.

The ideal fit would be someone who can move in any time in September (Oct 4th latest), and plans to vacate by 30 Dec with the rest of the girls, or is happy to find replacement tenants themself.

Rent is £955 plus bills, which usually work out all in around £150 a month.
