We currently have two fantastic double rooms available in our substantial Victorian house, each with its own unique perks:

Room 1: The Terrace Room (Double)

A large, bright double room.

Features your own personal roof terrace—perfect for a morning brew or private outdoor space.

Available from: 29th September 2026

Room 2: The Terrace & En-Suite Toilet Room (Double)

A spacious double room featuring its own personal roof terrace.

Includes a private toilet and sink right next door for extra convenience.

Available from: 17th October 2026

Viewings: We expect to start viewings as soon as we gauge interest, but mostly likely from week beginning 14th sept, so do get in touch early!

The Household: You’ll be joining a friendly, professional mix of 2 gals and 3 guys aged between 25 and 41. It’s a social yet respectful home where everyone values a clean, relaxed, and friendly living environment.

Facilities: No morning queues - the house boasts 3 bathrooms in total (plus the private toilets attached to the individual rooms).

Communal Areas: Enjoy a massive, fully equipped kitchen (2 cookers, 6 hobs, 2 sinks, and 2 fridge-freezers), a comfortable living area, and a communal garden ideal for summer socialising. Plenty of seating in Kitchen and Living room.

Location: Finsbury Park (N4)

Unbeatable Transport: Just a 15 minute walk or 5 min bus to Finsbury Park Station, getting you to the City or West End in roughly 30 minutes via the Victoria and Piccadilly lines. Also close to Crouch Hill overground.

Local Life: Surrounded by North London's best spots, from craft beers at The Robin and that famous Guinness at The Faltering Fullback, to diverse eateries on Stroud Green Road and Green Lanes we are stacked with options!

Nature: Steps away from the 110-acre Finsbury Park and the popular Parkland Walk.

Bills: Rent includes Council Tax, high-speed Internet, and a baseline for Energy. Please note that Water is variable; should energy or water usage exceed the baseline (particularly during winter months), any surplus will be split equally among all housemates.
