Short-term stay in beautiful 2-bed garden flat

I’m going to be in Australia for a few months and am looking for someone lovely to stay in my flat while I’m away.

It’s a bright, cosy 2-bed flat with a private garden, balcony and lots of character. It’s my actual home rather than a standard rental, so it’s fully furnished and my books, furniture and some personal things will stay there.

I’ll be away for the whole period, so you’ll have the place to yourself while I’m gone.

Available from 28 October until at least the end of December, and potentially until early March depending on what works.

£2,500 per month including bills.

I’d ideally like to find one person or a couple who are clean, respectful and looking for somewhere nice and homely for a few months.
