6 Month Sublet - Highbury/Finsbury Park

I’m looking for someone to sublet my lovely room from 2nd October to 27th March while I’m away travelling

The house is between Finsbury Park and Clissold Park, around a 10-minute walk from both Finsbury Park and Arsenal stations, with lots of great cafés, restaurants, pubs and wine bars nearby

The room is a huge, bright double with windows spanning almost an entire wall. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk and sofa, and the bathroom is shared with just one other person

Rent is £1,150/month plus bills (~£150/month), with a one-month deposit

You’d be sharing the set-up with Ben and Leah, both 29. Ben lives in the main house and Leah in a separate garden studio. The vibe is sociable, relaxed and friendly - evening chats, the occasional film or board game, and people who are up for doing things together while still having their own lives

We’re looking for someone 25+, clean and considerate, available for the full period and earning over £2,800/month. No couples or pets.
