Double room in big flat near Finsbury Park station

Hello,
Am leaving a great flat in Finsbury Park where I’ve been living for 2 years. The double room has a wardrobe and drawers, bed.
Rent is £875 and bills are cheap, about £60 for council tax, wifi and gas. The electricity and water bills are ad hoc as we share a meter with the shop below (same landlord) but that means there are usually very cheap.
This flat is huge, has 2 bathrooms for 4 people with spacious living room (photo doesn’t do it justice) and kitchen. Great location on main road with shops etc and 6 min to station.
You’d be sharing with 3 other men, all working professionals in late twenties, very chill and respectful!
