Lovely Single Room in Finsbury Park

We’re looking for an easy-going and respectful person to take over my room in a great location, just a 5–10 minute walk from both Finsbury Park and Arsenal Underground stations.
The room is available from October 10th!

There are plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants and green spaces nearby (such as Clissold Park and Finsbury Park) with great transport links into central London.

The room is fully furnished! The rent is £700 per month, with bills averaging around £80 per month. The bathroom is shared with the 3 other housemates.

There are currently four of us living in the flat, with a mix of professional and creative backgrounds. We’re a friendly bunch and the vibe at home is relaxed and chilled. We’re happy to have a chat and socialise together, but equally appreciate having our own space and doing our own thing.

We’re looking for someone who is clean and considerate of shared spaces who will fit naturally into the household.
