1-bed Finsbury Park

Hello.

Rolling lease available indefinitely on this flat.

Love this little home, but I am leaving the country unexpectedly suddenly so looking for someone to move in.

My notice period is two months, but the landlord is open to letting me off lease sooner if I can find someone to come in, so here we are!

It is incredibly convenient: 1 minute walk to gym, multiple supermarkets, Finsbury Park station with Victoria, Picadilly and National Rail. Commutes are amazing !

The bedroom is at the back of the flat also, where there is complete silence (see the photo— it is the back of supermarkets below). In the summer, I used to leave those windows and the ones in the hall wide open as it was so silent.

The disadvantage of that convenience is that the living room is on the main Seven Sisters Road, so quite chaotic. But once you are in the flat up onthe 2nd floor it is relaxing. The windows are very well sound proofed, so it's fine when closed. It is noisy at busy times of day when the windows are open. So make sure you are good with living on the main street: 276 Seven Sisters Road.
