We are a New Zealand couple who are moving to Australia and are looking to fill the room to join our two other New Zealand flat mates.

The bedroom is spacious, bright and warm with southwest facing double-glazed windows - getting sun most of the day! The room comes furnished with bed and wardrobe and can also come furnished with desk, bedside tables, drawers etc (everything in the pics)

The flat itself is in a four-storey terraced house, occupying the top three-storeys. The ground floor is occupied by a single tenant who keeps to themself. It's a sunny, dry & warm flat, with double-glazing and central-heating.

• Existing flat mates are two kiwi boys aged 28 and 29 who are super lovely and relaxed!
• One works from home 3-4 days a week and the other is in the office 5 days a week. However, everyone has desks in their own rooms so isn’t a disturbance if you also happen to be home.
