Sunny double room with en-suite bathroom and its own juliette balcony looking out over the tree tops. It’s a lovely top floor apartment with big, open plan lounge and kitchen, and a big balcony in a quiet residential street of Finsbury Park.

It’s very well connected with the Victoria line and picadilly line just 10 min walk away at Finsbury Park / Manor House, lots of green space nearby (5 min walk to Finsbury Park, 10 min walk to Clissold Park, 10 min walk to the West Reservoir & Castle climbing centre), 20 min walk to Emirates stadium for the Arsenal fans! Loads of pubs, food places, and supermarkets also nearby.

You’ll be replacing me to live with three lovely Aussies: Alana (30), Anno (26), and Jack (28). You definitely don’t need to be Aussie to join the home, but you do need to be friendly and tidy, all the usual stuff! Preference for women aged 24-32

Rent is 962.85 per month, monthly bills approx 75-100 per person, and deposit is 1057.67. Furnished with double bed, bedside table, and chest of drawers and potential to buy other furnishings / bedding etc from me as I’m moving out of the country. Room available from 5 December, with potential flex to move in slightly earlier.
