Mon - Fri let
Bright double room in my two-bedroom flat in Finsbury Park, 12 minutes’ walk from the station (Victoria and Piccadilly lines plus overground, with King’s Cross in about 5 minutes).
The room: A comfy double bed, built-in wardrobe, shelves and a bedside light. It’s furnished and ready to move into.
The flat: A colourful home full of art and books. You’ll share the kitchen, a cosy living room and a bathroom with a full bath and heated towel rail.
About me: I’m Clare. I work in TV and documentary [and sometimes work from home]. I’m friendly and happy to chat over a cup of tea, but I also value my own space, so the flat is calm rather than sociable every night.
Ideal flatmate: A tidy, considerate working professional. [Non-smoker, no pets.]
