Hey everyone, we’re having to leave the country, so our amazing room is up for grabs! A sunny, peaceful double room tucked away at the back of the house with a huge private terrace that gets tons of sun in the summer.

It’s perfect for a couple or a single person who wants a quiet, cozy bedroom while still being part of a friendly house.

The Room & Private Space:
Beautiful, sun-drenched double room on the first floor (very quiet, no street noise).
Comes fully furnished with underbed storage space as well
En-suite shower and sink.
Shared toilet with just two other housemates on the same floor.
Your own private terrace/balcony right off the room, perfect for morning coffees or evening drinks.

The House & Vibe:
You’ll be living with a mature group of professionals who are super welcoming, laid-back, and clean.
Everyone respects each other’s space, but we occasionally do house dinners every few weeks for anyone who wants to join, and summer BBQs in the garden.
Massive, well-equipped kitchen (it has 3 hobs and 3 sinks, so cooking at the same time is never an issue).
Cleanliness is kept up with a house cleaning rota, so communal spaces stay tidy.

Location & Getting Around:
3 mins walk to Aldi, Sainsbury’s superstore, gyms, and all the restaurants/bakeries on the high street.
Piccadilly Underground, Overground, National Rail, and busses all within 5-10 mins walk.


Move in dates can be flexible too.
