🏡 Bright double bedroom in Finsbury Park

Looking for somebody to fill my room in our large, newly refurbished 3-bed duplex flat with a big private garden!

The current housemates are two lovely Irish girls in their late twenties. They are both working professionals and looking for someone of a similar age, lifestyle and who’s happy to be part of the household rather than simply sharing the space. They have friends in the area and enjoy hosting, going out, and chilling out in the house as well. We’re looking for someone who’s clean, considerate and generally on a similar wavelength — ultimately, someone who feels like a natural fit for the flat!

Located just off Stroud Green so there are lots of great shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to Finsbury Park station, and Crouch Hill overground station.

The room is available from mid to end November with some flexibility on this depending on when you need to move in. The room will come unfurnished but has a large built in wardrobe, although I’d be open to discussing this if needed ☺️

Bills are not included in the price, but they are on average £100-130 per month.
