A bright double room is available in a calm, friendly flat shared with two professional women in their 30s - Stella works in communications and Irene works as a software developer. The room has excellent storage and comfortably fits a double bed plus a good‑sized desk.

Bills are just over £100 per person for water, heating and fast WiFi. Plus £15 every two weeks for a cleaner.

The flat includes a private garden, two bathrooms (one with a shower), and a peaceful, welcoming household atmosphere. We do occasional dogsitting, so you’ll need to be comfortable around dogs.

Super convenient location: right next to Finsbury Park.
Transport: 4 minutes’ walk to Manor House Station, or 10 minutes to Finsbury Park Station.

Unfortunately we had someone pull out at the last minute so the room is available immediately.
