Lovely double room in Finsbury Park - short let

I’m subletting my room in a lovely two-bed flat in Finsbury Park while I’m away in Brazil for a few weeks.

The room is a good-sized double, fully furnished, with plenty of storage and a desk for working from home. The flat has a spacious living room, separate kitchen and a nice, relaxed feel. There’s also access to a small outdoor space at the back.

You’d be sharing with one flatmate who’s easy-going and works late during the week. Looking for someone clean, considerate and generally easy to live with.

The location is great for getting around London, with Finsbury Park and nearby transport links within easy reach, as well as loads of pubs, cafés, shops and the park itself nearby.

The room is available for a short-term let while I’m away, so ideally looking for someone who needs somewhere for the full period.

Rent includes bills. I’ll also take a refundable security deposit, returned at the end of the stay provided everything is left as it was.
