Bright double room in Finsbury Park

My flatmate is moving away, so I'm looking for someone to take over their room from 1 January.

The flat is in a great location, right next to Finsbury Park and around a 10-minute walk from Finsbury Park station and 5 minutes from Harringay station, with good transport links into central London and across the city.

The room is a good size, and you’d be sharing the bathroom with just one other flatmate.
The landlord is genuinely great - responsive, helpful and quick to sort out any maintenance issues, which makes a big difference.

Bills run ~£120–£150 per month, depending on the season.

Who we're looking for:

Ideally, a working professional who’s clean, considerate and easy to live with. It’s a fairly calm, relaxed home rather than a party flat, so we’re looking for someone respectful of the space and other flatmates, while still being friendly and sociable.

References, right to rent and a £1,100 deposit are required. Please note the room comes unfurnished but a bed & mattress could be supplied pending discussion with the landlord.
