The flat is 2 bed 2 bath duplex situated on a nice residential street in Finsbury park which is about a 5 min walk to the park and station. The flat has plenty storage, a cosy living room, and the balcony/terrace is class to have during the warmer months.

Rent is £975 pcm. Bills are c. £75-100 pcm depending on the time of year and include the usual water, energy, wifi and council tax.

You will be sharing Charlie, Jamie and Eleanor who are all young professionals working in London. More importantly they are all great to live with and for a spare room in London you won’t find a nicer bunch.

The new tenancy term begins on 24th December. I am leaving the UK on 20th December, which I appreciate is an awkward time to be moving into a new flat, so I will try be as flexible as possible to accommodate the preferred move in date.
