A lovely bright single in a really super house, 2 mins from Finsbury park tube, with lovely people and its in a great neighbourhood., fantastic transport hub, Picture House cinema and tons of bars and restuarants are literally 2 mins walk away We are a mixed group of 30 somethings. So apologies but we are looking for someone near this age too. It just works better that way, All who work hard and like a nice home so professionals who work normal hours would fit right in. though a glass or two of an evening goes down well….it’s a great house to live in. Kitchen diner, separate sitting room and a garden means there’s always space to hang out. and if working form home is your bag you are not confined to a bedroom. The house has huge capacity wireless broadband throughout.
The house has a comfy bright living room, and a super kitchen diner, seats 6 comfortably, equipped with all mod cons – microwave, dishwasher, smeg appliances and lots of cupboard space and prep space for the cooks out there. Of course there is constant hot water, washing machine, dryer and all plates and pots and pans are provided – so you can just rock up with your toothbrush and fit right in….We run a kitty for stuff like washing up liquid, and a rota for keeping the shared areas clean.
We have a cleaner once a week - the cost is included in the rent
The garden faces west so is lovely and sunny, has table, chairs and the all important barbeque…..
TRANSPORT - Finsbury park is on the Victoria and Piccadilly lines – 2 stops to Kings X, 15 mins to Victoria, 6 mins to Euston and also on the over ground British Rail – 11 mins to Moorgate and 9 mins to Old street make this a superbly connected place. Buses to Islington (15 mins in rush hour) and Camden make this a great place to get home to after a night out as there are plenty of night buses.
The area has a super park with a great running path (Parkland Walk) , and has tons of shops, cafes and restaurants and pubs, a big park very nearby , and although the house is on a residential street its literally a 3 min walk to tescos….
Plus this is a home not a landlord’s faceless hovel….
