I'm looking for someone to move in to this spacious and bright double room. It comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookshelf and a sofa. The kitchen and the bathroom to be shared with me only.
The flat is located on Alexandra Grove, 5-10 minutes walk to either Manor House or Finsbury Park stations. Numerous bus routes to central London (29, 253, 254, 259, 141 and 341) are only a few minutes away.
The rent is £820 per month inclusive of all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax and broadband). Security deposit is £410.
