The Flat is on the ever-popular Stroud Green Road with its many eating-out places including Nandos, Pappagone Piza, nice pubs, and many independent coffee shops. The flat is 5-10 minutes from Finsbury Park tube station for Central London in 15mins as well as Crouch Hill station for Overground. Very good bus links! Finsbury Park is 3 minutes away for your morning runs! Large Tesco and Sainsburys opposite the Flat for your food shopping!

The Flat has been refurbished to a very high standard. It has been fitted with a new kitchen, wooden floors, and two bathrooms each with a toilet which means you do not have to wait for a shower to be available in the mornings!
