Furnished double room close to Finsbury Park

We are looking for a new flatmate to join our friendly 5-person flat share close to Finsbury Park.

The available room is a furnished double.

You will share a bathroom with one other flatmate.

We all share a small kitchen, but make it work.

There is a washing machine and a dryer.

There is NO shared living or dining room.

The flat is located in a relatively quiet residential area. Finsbury Park is around the corner. It takes around 8 minutes to walk to Finsbury Park station (access to Piccadilly/Victoria line, multiple bus lines, and the railway). There are various supermarkets, restaurants, post offices, pubs, etc. within 15 minutes walking distance.

The bills (electricity, gas, broadband) and Council Tax (band E) amount to around £110 per month per person, on top of rent.

Please take into account that there is paperwork involved before signing the contract, including a credit check. All that might take up a few days. The room is available from 20th July.
