Small double bedroom in a friendly house share over looking the garden. There is plenty of shared space such as the living room, separate kitchen and big garden. It comes with a double bed, two chest of drawers, a rail for hanging clothes and bookshelves. Note there is no enough space for a desk in the room but you can use the share spaces if you work from home.

There is 1 bathroom in the basement and also an additional toilet and shower room on the 2nd floor.

There's a large sitting room & kitchen area that leads out to the garden.

All bills are included in the rent, including internet, Nexflix & Amazon Prime (in living room) and a cleaner for the communal areas every other week.

Harringay Green Lanes station is about a 5mins walk and Manor House Station (on the Piccadilly line) is a 10mins walk. The 29 bus goes from the end of the road into central London via Finsbury Park. The 29 is also a night bus and at the weekends there is a night tube to Finsbury Park.

There is a large Salisbury's and many other local shops and great Turkish restaurants near by ! Finsbury park is about a 5 mins walk away.

As for us we've lived here for quite some time and two of us have been here for nearly a decade! LGBTQ friendly. All full time working professionals who enjoy catching up in the evening as we are a social house and we'd like to find someone who will fit in with our dynamic. We all have different hobbies and interests but there is usually someone around of an evening for a chat.
