I have the contract with Sketch House till 25 Aug 2018.
As moving out to live with a friend, I would like to pass the lease. You need to be a UAL student to start the new contract directly with Sketch House.
It is a standard room, ensuite, sharing kitchen with other 4 rooms. Currently only 3 rooms are occupied.
Price of the room is 180pw, all bills are included. There is 60 administration fee and 200 deposit. No any other fee.
It takes less than 5 mins by walk to the bus stop and tube station (Victoria, Piccadilly and Train). You can find out more information on the UAL website as well.
