*Large*Double* in Huge Beautiful Victorian House

Hello!
We are offering a reduced rate in exchange for some help with nursery drop off and pick up. Perfect for someone that would like to be part of a family home.
We live in a lovely victorian house right next to Finsbury Park and just 6 minutes from the tube.
The house is a great place to live: lots of light and space plus it's minutes away from great pubs/delis and restaurants, Tesco, weekly farmers market and organic greengrocers.
We would be very happy to find a "friend" rather than just a flatmate, to share chats over coffee or dinner times.

You would be joining me. Jasmine a half italian/half british doctor (43), failing to be a vegetarian/vegan, likes sprouting bulbs, baobab seeds & orchids, reading, cooking and watching movies.
Nick (50), born and raised ia Londoner. He enjoys swimming and when there is time cooking up some delicious & exotic meals.
And... our young son Dylan (3.5). Loves books, cartoon amd is getting pretty good on his balance bike.

We are pretty chilled, very sociable, enjoy a glass of wine a few nights a week, some times a quiet one and are clean and respectful.

The room is on the first floor (next to our child’s room) and you basically would have a large bathroom with bathtub & walk-in shower to yourself as our child uses our bathroom upstairs.

There is a small office on first floor which Nick uses when WFH & an extra loo on the ground floor.

The ground floor includes kitchen, dining table, & sitting room, and as you can see from pictures it’s pretty massive so everyone can have their own space.
There is also a washing machine and a drier, a dish washer and a cleaner once a week and we obviously have broadband!
All bills are included. However we would be looking for help with nursery drop offs / pickups during the week (upto 3 days)
