Quiet double in Bright Finsbury Park House

Hi we're a group of 3 professional age 33-42 in Engineering, Hospitality and Sports Management (Canadian, Aussie, Brit) living in a 4 bed / 2 bath terraced victorian house in Finsbury Park, literally a 1-minute walk from the station (victoria/piccadilly/great northern lines) as well as tons of restaurants and bars, and the park itself about 3 mins away. It's on a nice quiet street but super convenient to get anywhere in town. Pretty much 15-20 mins to anywhere in central, west and east London door to door.

The room for rent is the top floor large double bedroom, hardwood floors and best privacy in the house. Available initially for 6 months but likely to extend.

We have a great gas BBQ and separate high quality Samsung washer and dryer!

We're looking for working professionals who are generally chill and flexible, we want the house to be welcoming and laid back for everyone, with a balance of socializing and respecting each others privacy. You're welcome to come by to see the place and meet us over a drink.
