So central you can walk to many of the cities attractions. Restaurants, live music and bars are minutes walk away in Soho, Mayfair and Fitzrovia. Theatres and cinemas in Shaftesbury and Leicester Sq 15mins walk. Regents Park 15mins walk in the other direction. Camden Town and South Bank 30 mins walk in opposite directions from each other.

TRANSPORT:
Tube comnections are excellent: Oxford Circus Station, Victoria, Barkeloo and Central lines (5mins walk), Tottenham Court Road Station, Northern Line (5 mins walk)

THE FLAT:
My place is a 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a Victorian block of flats.

Each room has a different atmosphere inspired by New Mexican, Morrocan, Japanese interiors. The street is quiet for the central location.

1st bedroom: double bed, two bedside tables and dressing table with lights, clothes rail

2nd Bedroom: double futon bed, matted tatami style floors, foldable table. When not used as a bedroom can be setup for Japanese style low dining or a gym (olympic weights and bench, 6ft punch bag, pull up bar, dip bars, squat rack all there to use or I can store away if you don't want to use them)

Bathroom: Deep compact japanese style tub one can get fully submerged in, seperate shower cubicle, toilet with internal bidet, vanity unity

Kitchen: Fully fitted with double oven, 4 hobs, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, rice/slow cooker, kettle, toaster, cafetiere

Living Room: Chaise corner sofa, wireless soundsystem, home cinema, coffee table, desk and chairs that can be used for dining

Utilities: Seperate room with washing machine for clothes
