Available room with double bed one minute from Warren Street station, Northern and Victoria line! Close the bus stops as well.

Looking for anyone to take over the room. You will share bathroom with one girl, so not busy at all!! The whole property is pretty big, it has a calm mood and it’s cozy. 1 British girl, 2 french guys, and 1 Italian guy. Move in ASAP (I am moving in with family.)

2 flatmates go to UCL and 2 go to LSE- it’s a student flat so we all live individual lives but we do share some meals together and everyone is friendly and respectful.

Room has two big wardrobes, one big shelf, one desk and one chair. Each room has a radiator, that works very well. Also has AC for the summer months!

Due to existing contract settled for initial student group, the contract has a 5 month break clause. Therefore before moving in, upfront payment is required (£1400 x 3 months + £700 deposit: refundable).
The latest was Feb 16, so you would be paying me back for my down deposit of the last half of rent (£1400 × 5 months). Again we can figure out custom payments monthly etc.

The contract lease will end on 13th of July this year. However, don't hesitate to message me if you are a professional interested in this flat.

All bills (Gas Elec/water/wifi maintainance) are included (which is not common these days)
Tesco, Lidle, Starbucks, Mcdonalds, Boots, pure gym, nice local restaurants are literally in 5 minutes walking distance!
