Furnished bedroom with double bed available in a 4-bedroom flat share in Fitzrovia/Marylebone. The flat also has a shared living room, bathroom, and kitchen. We are located very centrally with only 8 min walk to Great Portland Street Station, 9 min walk to Warren Street, and a 10 min walk to Tottenham Court Road station.
We are at a cloudy proximity to UCL campus. The flat is in a nice neighbourhood which is calm at night and also has many stores and restaurants around.
The flat currently has 2 young professionals and one post grad student living there (all female), it’s a very calm and welcoming flat-share. We each have our own schedule but like to come together for a nice flat dinner every so often.
We are looking for someone who is also calm, friendly, sociable, and clean. We have a cleaning schedule and expect the new tenant to partake and respect the cleaning schedule.
