The maisonette is spread over the fourth and fifth floors of the building (the top floors) so the rooms are bright with good views.
There is a wonderful private square for residents only with mature trees, flower beds and grass lawn which is really well maintained. This is a lovely peaceful place to relax in.

The contract is very flexible with just one month's notice if you need to move and no notice at all if you want to swap to one of my other houses or flats.
