Single Room All bills inc

Hi I have a Single Room with all bills included which is £520 in Forest Gate zone 3.

The room is fully furnished with a Bed , Chester Draws and wardrobe . 2 WiFi connections. There’s a garden and a communal room, decent sized kitchen with appliances /cutlery if needed etc.

One bathroom and one toilet which are separate

Currently 3 living in the property, Spanish , Latvian and British
Area/Travel:
Upton Park Station (Zone 3) & East Ham Station (Zone 3) District & Hammersmith line are 15 min walks , buses into Stratford & Central London are nearby also. Convenience stores are within walking distance (Tesco, Lidl, Iceland etc)

Parks are close by Plashet & West Ham as well as Wanstead Flats.

Ideally someone who’s , tidy , private but easy going. Someone who’s familiar with the area or similar area would be good.

There are a couple of cats that sleep in the house sometimes but mostly outdoors
