About the flat:

A stylish 3 bedroom flat in the top floors of a Victorian Terrace, very close to Forest Gate Station. Available to rent from Monday to Friday.

It’s only about a five minute walk from Forest Gate Station on the new Elizabeth Line (one stop from Stratford with the Central and Jubilee line connections , less than 15 mins into Liverpool Street). There’s also a frequent bus service to Stratford and onwards.

Forest Gate has a great community feel and there is a Co Op store, pub and other shops within a few mins walk as well as the open space of Wanstead Park and Epping Forest beyond.

About the room;
The available room is bright and spacious with a double bed at the garden side of the property so very peaceful. There's a chest of drawers and a double wardrobe, with plenty of space for additional storage space if need be.

The fully equipped kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces as is the large living room at the front of the house.

The flat is shared with me, the owner. I enjoy cooking, listening to music and watching films as well as making the most of the green spaces on our doorstep.

I’m looking for someone clean, tidy and laid back to share my home with, during the week. It would be ideal for those living outside London who have to come in to work in London during the week.
