This is for a Monday to Friday let.

A stylish 3 bedroom flat in the top floors of a Victorian Terrace, very close to Forest Gate Station.

It’s only about a five minute walk to Forest Gate Station on the Elizabeth Line (20 minutes to Tottenham Court Road, even less to Liverpool Street and just one stop to Stratford with the Central and Jubilee line connections.)

Forest Gate is very friendly, with a great community spirit. There’s a Co Op store close by, pub and other shops within a few mins walk as well as the open space of Wanstead Park and Epping Forest beyond.

The available room is bright and spacious with a double bed, at the garden side of the property so very peaceful. There's a chest of drawers and a double wardrobe, with plenty of space for additional furniture / storage space if need be.

The fully equipped kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces as is the large living room at the front of the house. (Note my photos need updating as they show a previous tenant’s belongings / furniture.)

The flat is shared with me, the owner and a little grey cat. I enjoy cooking, listening to music and watching films as well as making the most of the green spaces on our doorstep.
