Loft EnSuite

The room available is for MONDAY-FRIDAY only.

The bedroom available is on the top floor—converted loft ensuite. The space is flooded with light from two skylights. It has a sleeping alcove with small double bed with new mattress.

There is under bed storage, one wardrobe, one clothing rack, one bookshelf and area rug. There is space for a small balcony for your private outdoor space. Smoking is not permitted.

The home is a short walk to the Elizabeth line, various bus routes and the Barking-Gospel Oak Overground line.

You share with three, a busy small family, all maintaining jobs and full-time education. We are respectful of a quiet home to study, relax. No loud music/parties.

We are non-smokers and pet-free.

Downstairs: we share an open living room, kitchen and dining room; also a utility room with the washing machine and a third washroom. The kitchen has a hob, double oven and dishwasher and your own pantry space.

There’s broadband with the WiFi box on the first floor landing so the signal is strong in the loft.

I am seeking a similar person who appreciates quiet, likes their own privacy, to share this space.
