Friendly house in Forest Gate

Bedroom 1

A bit about the current housemates:
- James grew up in Hungary, likes DIY, plants and experiential music.

- Rob grew up in Spain and likes cooking.

We have two rooms to rent and so are looking for two new housemates to join! We want people who are laid back and friendly, but also respectful and care about looking after the house.

The rooms:
Both rooms are semi furnished with double beds. The rooms comes with beds and other shelving but can be customised to your needs!

One room is bigger than the other so the rent price for each room reflects it’s size.

Rent:
Room 1 - £600 a month
Room 2 - £550 a month

Bills + council tax around £70-100 a month

We are looking for people who would be able to move in for around the 20th of November or slightly before.

The house:
A classic Victorian style house, with multiple shared spaces (upstairs living room, downstairs sitting area, kitchen, bathroom and outdoor back yard). We also have a great basement if you want to store any extra bits!

Transport links:
Forest gate station (Elizabeth line) – 10/15 min walk
Woodgrange Park and Wanstead Park (Overground) – 15 min walk
Upton Park (District/H&C Line) - 20 min walk

Bus stop 1 min walk from house with connections directly to Statford + Hackney central

Parking available outside the house but does require a permit. The permit isn’t too expensive! (around £100 a year)

Room for bike storage in the back garden.
