A gorgeous Victorian home with newly landscaped garden is available for rent for two months over July August.

Bills are included in the price AND a cleaner who comes once a week for three hours (this can be paused for the duration upon request)

Located a 7 minute walk from the Elizabeth Line it's just 15 minutes into central London - with stops including Bond St, Tottenham Court road, Paddington, Farringdon and Liverpool st.

The house has three generous bedrooms, all located on the first floor.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and blackout shutter blinds. Generous built in wardrobes and a small desk.

The second bedroom is set up as a nursery but fits a double bed easily and has a chest of drawers.

The third bedroom is set up as a nursery/spare room with fold out double futon. It has a large changing table/chest of drawers and a cot.

Downstairs there is a large living space with open plan sitting/dining room. There is also a big kitchen and bathroom and utility room.

Outside there is a huge newly landscaped garden ideal for the Summer.
