The room is inclusive with most bills (council, internet and water) exception to gas and electric, where it will paid every quarterly divided by three persons.
You will be sharing the common areas, kitchen and bathroom with one other quiet individual.

Currently I have set up my studio in the living room and the basement, where I will be working during the day.
Will suit someone (no couples) professional ideally not working from home, where you will have the peaceful and quiet house at night time.

The house is within 5 minutes walk to the station for the Elizabeth line, 15 minutes into the city. Very easy towards Heathrow airport, no changes with the correct train!
15 minutes walk towards Stratford Westfield Shopping Mall, or less time on the bus.

Minutes away from local amenities:
- Supermarkets (Co-op, Lidl, Tescos and Iceland)
- Cafes, restaurants and independent shops of interests.
-Wansted Flats is walking distance away.

I am looking for someone that is friendly, clean and tidy, who is looking for a quiet home, and not sharing with too many persons. Someone that is easy going, the ability to communicate at ease.
The street is fairly quiet and tolerant of noise, friendly neighbours, and a lot of visiting cats!
My cats used to live in the house, and sometimes visit the house so better for someone with no severe allergies to that!
