Bright Double Room - 5mins form Elizabeth Line

Hey! I’m looking for the right person to share this flat with, rather than rushing to fill the room. The place is modern (was built 2 years ago), bright, and really calm, with a big open-plan living/kitchen area and loads of natural light. It feels properly homely rather than just a rental.

You’d just be living with me, I work in digital marketing in Farringdon and spend a lot of time between work, friends, pubs, playing football and nights out. I’m gay and into the London queer scene (Feel It, Adonis etc), but equally love low-key evenings, having mates over for dinner/drinks/ games, or just hanging on the sofa,

There’s also my cat, Frank, who you will absolutely love because all my friends adore him! He’s the most chilled out guy in the world. you’ll find him doing laying in the lounge acrobately.

I’d love to live with someone sociable, considerate, clean and easy to be around. Someone who’s up for a chat or pub trip but also respects each other’s space. Ideally this becomes more of a comfortable home vibe than two strangers living together.

Bills are roughly £200pm - the apartment is brand new so it’s very energy efficient.

The building is very secure, flat is on the first floor, quiet (not facing the road) and has sound proof (never had a complaint).

The room is actually bigger than the floor plan suggests, with natural light and a comfortable double bed.

There’s also a Lidl below the building, as well Tesco / Iceland / Coop ob the same street.
