Sunny room + cat

Its a two bed house.

This house works really well for people with different routines. I have a fairly regular Monday–Friday, 9–5 pattern working from the office, so it would ideally suit someone with a different schedule, such as someone working irregular shifts, freelance creatives, or students, and so that the cat doesn’t get lonely during the daytime. Perfect for someone doing pub work/bar work, coffee shops etc… The area is pretty safe and well connected to central, thanks to the Elizabeth line.

The cat is outdoor and goes outside. The house doesn’t stink of the cat. The cat can do whatever he wants…🐈‍⬛

We are both friendly, but also value privacy of others.

Bills are around £70 depending on the usage.

No couples (occasional visits cool)

Not live in landlord and no hierarchy
