Straight to business:

Ideal for someone with a different routine than my working hours, as the house is small. Absolutely perfect for someone doing pub work/bar work, coffee shop, retail, mature students and/or creatives etc., as clashes with each other’s routines can be bit stressful. Can be and can be not 💁‍♂️ As we are all grown-ups and keep mostly to ourselves, though would love to socialise on occasion in the evenings or weekends with wine/beer or through a BBQ …🕶️This also means you'll be home alone most of the time. 🥷

There is a cat in the house. The cat is outdoor and goes outside. The house doesn’t stink of the cat. The cat can do whatever he wants…🐈‍⬛

No couples (occasional visits cool)
