Ideal for someone with a different routine than mine, as the house is small. Perfect for someone doing pub work/bar work, coffee shop, retail, mature students or creatives etc., as clashes with each other’s routines can be stressful. We are all grown-ups and keep to ourselves, though would love to socialise on occasion in the evenings or weekends with wine/beer or through a BBQ …

There is a cat in the house, so if you have allergies this could be a problem. The cat is outdoor and goes outside. The house doesn’t stink of cat.

No couples (occasional visits cool)
