Me and my friend/housemate (both girls, 25) will have a spare room available once our other housemate moves out by August 2nd this year.

Here's some more info about the house/room:

- Property is a small rented townhouse
- 5-10 minutes walk from Elizabeth line and Suffragette overground
- 10 minutes walk from Wanstead Flats (lovely park)
- We have regular contact with our landlord who is very friendly and helpful
- Rent is £716.66 per month per person
- Gas, Electricity & Water bills changeable, but currently £65.33 per month per person
- Council tax is currently 52.33 per month per person
- Wifi is already paid for
- Ground floor has the 1st bedroom, small living room, kitchen and bathroom
- 2nd floor has 2nd and 3rd bedrooms
- Small patio area outside with washing line

- Room to let is ground floor
- Windows face the street although windows are frosted
- Furnished but the black desk is not included

Please note that our landlord needs to carry out his own checks including: passport/visa, right to rent, credit check, and reference from previous landlord.
