Nice room in a two bed flat: £830 (bills included) - from now till end of September in E7 Forest Gate 5mins walk from Elizabeth Line, 10mins from Suffragette Line.

Double Room, fully furnished spacious and full of light with wood laminate floor in a lovely flat with two others, live-in landlady and partner. No lift access, and the flat on the 2nd floor, by staircase. There is a balcony and a garden (this one is work in progress...) Non-smoking household (but you can smoke outside) Our vibe is relaxed, creative and fun. We like quiet time but also to eat/cook with our flatmate too.

We will be away travelling fair bit during these three months. It would be lovely if you could water the plants in that time 😁

Forest Gate has a thriving queer community and we are tucked away from the main road. Wanstead flats and park is about 15mins walk away which is great. Good coffee shops and places to eat nearby as well as a Lidl, Tesco and Co-op all 5mins walk away.

Deposit of £500 required. This is a lodgers agreement.
