£850 - one month with possibility of extending in E7 Forest Gate

Double Room, fully furnished spacious and full of light with wood laminate floor in a lovely flat with two others (we own the flat). No lift access, and the flat on the 2nd floor, by staircase.

There is a balcony and a garden (which is a work-in-progress...) Non-smoking household (but you can smoke outside)

Our vibe is relaxed, creative, fun, and we also really value cleanliness and tidyness. We're looking for the same qualities/values in our potential flatmate. We like quiet time but also to eat/cook with our flatmate too.

Forest Gate has a thriving queer community and we are tucked away from the main road. Wanstead flats and park is about 15mins walk away which is fab. Good coffee shops and places to eat nearby as well as a Lidl, Tesco and Co-op all 5mins walk away.

Deposit of £500 required. This is a lodgers agreement.
References from previous landlord required.
