💒 About the house:
It’s a fully furnished two bed house in Forest Gate. There’s a sitting room, dining room, garden and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and coffee machine! ☕️

The master bedroom comes with a bed, dresser and additional storage (desk not included). The bathroom is shared. The landlady is brilliant - really responsive and gets things sorted!

📍 The area:
Two minutes from Wanstead Flats and a short walk to Wanstead Park. The area very much has an East London vibe, with lots of local cafés, pubs and parks. There’s a Lidl, Tesco, Co-op and Superdrug about a 10-15 minute walk away, as well as two corner shops just a minute from the house.

🚆 Getting around:
Around a 10–15 minute walk to Forest Gate (Elizabeth Line ~20 minute trip to Stratford station door-to-door) and a 10 minute walk to Wanstead Park (Overground).

💸 The costs:
Rent is £1,350/month. Bills are split 50/50 and come to around £225 per person per month on average - covering WiFi, council tax, cleaning, water and energy.

The room is available mid October. I am moving out as I’ve just gotten a new job in NW London.
