There’s an open plan sitting room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Me and my boyfriend currently share this flat and when working from home, there’s enough room to work in the hallway with a desk and second screen, or out on the balcony if you prefer!

📍 The area:
3 minute walk to Forest Gate station (Lizzie line) and 6 minutes to Wanstead park overground. 10 minutes from Wanstead Flats. The area very much has an East London vibe, with lots of local cafés, pubs and parks. There’s a Lidl, Tesco, Co-op and Superdrug about a 10-15 minute walk away, as well as a really good CrossFit gym a 10 minute cycle away. The area is also full of loads of great bakeries.
