Spacious & beautifully kept furnished double room available in a large 5-bedroom family home in Forest Gate.

We are looking for a tidy, respectful and considerate female student or working professional who is looking for a clean, peaceful and comfortable home.

The bedroom is very spacious, bright and clean, and comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, mirror and chair. There is plenty of space for your belongings and to make the room feel like your own.

The house is spread over 4 floors, making it a very spacious property. You will have access to a large, well-maintained kitchen, fully equipped with:

* Oven & stove
* Microwave
* Toaster
* Fridge & freezer
* Washing machine
* Plenty of kitchen storage and workspace

You will share one of the bathrooms with just one other person. There are 3 bathrooms in total within the house.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 About the household

This is a family home. We are a Muslim household consisting of myself, my husband and our three children (aged 6, 22 and 24) and we are all working professionals. We also have one other room rented to an elderly lady.

We are looking for someone who will fit well into a quiet, respectful and family-oriented household.

As this is our family home, we have a few house rules:

* 🔇 No loud music
* 🎉 No parties
* 👥 No visitors/guests
* 🧹 Please keep your bedroom and shared areas clean and tidy
* 🤝 We ask everyone to be respectful and considerate of the other people in the household

The house is in a very convenient location:

* 🚆 5-minute walk to Forest Gate Station
* 🚆 10-minute walk to Upton Park Station
* 🛍️ Local shops just 2–3 minutes’ walk away, including Iceland, Tesco and various local shops/corner shops
* 🛍️ Westfield Stratford is approximately 10–15 minutes by bus
* 🚗 Resident street parking is available for an additional cost

This would suit someone who values a spacious, clean and peaceful home with excellent transport links, while also being happy to live within a family household.
