About us: We're a gay couple, laid-back and respectful. We share the house with our two friendly cats. We value peace, cleanliness, and good communication – we're happy to chat or give you space, whatever suits you.

The room: A generous double bedroom with a comfortable double bed, plenty of storage, and your own private shower room. It's cosy, quiet, and gets lovely natural light. You also have access to a large, sunny garden – perfect for morning coffee, evening reading, or just breathing fresh air after a long day.

The house: A big Victorian home with shared kitchen, dining room, and a comfortable TV lounge/salon. The house is clean, welcoming, and spacious.

The location: We're right next to West Ham Park. Forest Gate station is just 10 minutes on foot (Liverpool Street is 12 minutes from Forest Gate on the Elizabeth Line). It's a 20 minutes walk to Stratford (station, shopping, dining, Olympic Park) or 15 minute walk to Plaistow station (Hammermsith&City / District Line). You're connected but away from the city noise.

The extras: Cleaning of the room, bathroom and shared spaces is included. Bills and Wi-Fi are also covered in the rent.
