Myself and my current housemate are sadly moving out due to new jobs, so there are two rooms available in this gorgeous house in Forest Gate (I am advertising the Double with a King bed, she is advertising the Master)! So please reach out whether you are looking for one or two rooms 💕

🏡 About the house:
It’s a fully furnished two bed house in Forest Gate. There’s a sitting room, dining room, garden and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer! 🧺

The double bedroom comes fully furnished with an open wardrobe, bed, mattress and draws (desk and chair included if requested). There is loads of storage under the bed and on top of the wardrobe. The bathroom is shared. The landlady is brilliant - really responsive and gets things sorted asap!

📍 The area:
Two minutes from Wanstead Flats and a short walk to Wanstead Park. The area very much has an East London vibe, with lots of local cafés, pubs and parks. There’s a Lidl, Tesco, Co-op, Iceland and Superdrug about a 10-15 minute walk away, as well as two corner shops just a minute from the house.

🚆 Getting around:
Around a 10–15 minute walk to Forest Gate (Elizabeth Line ~20 minute trip to Stratford station door-to-door) and a 10 minute walk to Wanstead Park (Overground).

💸 The costs:
Rent is £1,050/month. Bills are split 50/50 and come to around £225 per person per month on average - covering WiFi, council tax, cleaning, water and energy.
