A lovely, freshly decorated and furnished cosy double room in a spacious two-bedroom flat, with all bills included.

Your room is furnished with a large, versatile wardrobe which has a full-length mirror, hanging space, shelves and drawers, as well as an Ottoman storage bed with plenty of space underneath.

There's a table under the north-facing window (due to be replaced with a desk with a chair and a desk lamp), and blackout curtains with Venetian blinds to ensure you can shut out the light for a good night's sleep.

The property is a first-floor maisonette with a high-security front door. Inside the property there are 2 bedrooms, a study, a well-equipped open plan kitchen/dining room, a small lounge room in the loft, a victorian style bathroom, a utility room and a small garden at the back. The garden has a bright perspective which picks up the sun all day during the spring, summer and autumn. There's also a clothes line outside which is amazing for drying laundry when the weather is warm.

Forest Gate station is a 10 minute walk and Upton Park is 15 minutes away for the District line.

There are loads of green spaces in each direction. Wanstead Flats, Wanstead Park, West Ham Park, Epping Forest and the Olympic Park are all very close, providing vast outdoor spaces a stone's throw away. Westfield Stratford City is 5-10 minutes away by bus or bike if you need anything from the shops. There's several gyms in the area and all the major supermarkets do home delivery here.

About you: The room would be ideal for someone who works full-time, has a regular working schedule and needs a peaceful living environment. Ideally, you don't drink much alcohol, or are a light drinker (I rarely drink alcohol - maybe once or twice a month). The room is suited to someone who goes out to work (reasons why below!).

About me: I work from home as a consultant and as a video content creator. I make a lot of videos for social media, and use the kitchen as my studio space during the daytime Mon-Fri. I get a real buzz out of exercise and workout regularly. Also love food and eating. When I'm not in front of a camera, I'm fairly quiet, usually just getting on with my day, buried in work or quietly watching some Netflix in the evening. I'm more of a morning person than a night owl. LGBTQ+ friendly.
