About the flat:
Literally a stones throw (<100metres) from Forest Hill Station is our warm smartly furnished two bed apartment that is a commuters dream. This is a split level apartment with common living areas on the ground floor and bedrooms on the upper floor. The bath has been recently done up and it’s got a nice shower. The house is furnished and has all amenities you would need (washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, internet etc).

Room #1: Master Bedroom with rent of £1100 per month
Double room with a double bed, quality 28cm mattress, chest of drawers, three cabinet wardrobe with floor to ceiling mirrors, desk and chair.

Room #2: Small Double with rent of £900 per month
Has a small double, side table, massive built in wardrobe with floor to ceiling mirrors, desk and chair. The room facing the back of the building so you don’t get any of the noise, if you are a light sleeper.

Locality:
The house is less than 3 minutes walk from Forest Hill station from where there are fast and frequent connections to the city. There is also a bus stop right next to the apartment. Neighbourhood is quiet, safe and friendly with a number of pubs, coffee shops, restaurants and a Sainsbury’s & Tesco express within a 5-7 minute walking distance.

Rent:
Rent is specified above and includes all bills. Common areas and bath (not bedrooms) will be cleaned once every week and is included in the rent. There is fast Virgin fibre broadband of 200mbps

About the landlord:
My wife and I have lived here for over 8 years but are having to move out due to a long term assignment that has come up with my employer. As a private landlord, there are no fees, just 1 month's rent as a deposit. We are looking for professionals who will keep the place clean and treat it like their own home as we intend to return at some point in future.

Who you will be living with:
Given both rooms are available, you can also partner up with a friend, or if a couple, rent out the whole flat. But with a cap of a maximum of two tenants occupying the whole flat.
