Double room in Forest Hill

Hi, I'm looking for another female to join the household, move-in date ideally 1st May 2026.

The double room comes unfurnished and looks out onto the garden. It's a light spacious room with a high ceiling. The flat has a living room, storage room, 1 bathroom, kitchen & garden.

My flatmate is moving East after living together for just over a year. You’ll be living with me, Kate. I work in design/live events, petsit (usually out of the flat but sometimes I have cats stay) & nanny.

Looking for a similar minded, relaxed, tidy, and respectful person to move in.

Rent is £750, bills are roughly an extra £190 each.
Council Tax Band C.

The contract is a joint tenancy. The landlord has advised a new tenant must meet the income criteria of 40k in order to start a new contract with no shared guarantor. Or must have a guarantor if under 40k.

Forest Hill station is a 10 min walk away with overground and train lines that take you to London Bridge in under 20mins and Shoreditch in 30 mins.

Free parking is available nearby on Kemble Road.
