I'm looking for another female to join the household. (2-bed ground floor flat in SE23, Forest Hill). £920 per month bills included.

The bright and spacious double room comes unfurnished (room now empty) & looks out onto the garden. Bonus if you’re into gardening 👩‍🌾 There is also a storage room by the front door for you to use.

My old flat mate has moved out and therefore looking to fill the unfurnished room. You’ll be living with me, Kate, I work in print events & production. I'm also a part-time nanny and petsitter. (no dogs in the flat, but sometimes a cat!) My interests are art, music, yoga, nature, animals and food.

Looking for a similar-minded, relaxed, clean, tidy, respectful person to move in.
Large living room, kitchen, bathroom, storage room and a private back garden.

Forest Hill station is a 10 min walk away with overground and train lines which takes you to London Bridge in 15 mins and Shoreditch in 30 mins. 10 minute bus to Catford Station and the 185 and 122 bus stop directly outside the front of the house. Council Tax band C.

Free parking is available nearby on Kemble Road.
