Cosy double room available now in a two bed flat in Forest Hill. The Flat is about a 5 minute walk from Forest Hill Station which gets you into London Bridge (southern line) and Shoreditch via the overground, as well as plenty of pubs and restaurants on the high street!

You’d be living with me (Alex), I’m 31yo and work in Westminster, going into the office about 3 times a week. I’m quite clean, friendly, have an active social life so out a few evenings but quite relaxed at home. Ideally looking for a flatmate that’s similar.

Bills tend to be around 120pp a month (council tax band B).
