The bedroom (2 in the pics) is recently decorated and has new carpets, high ceilings and sash windows.

The flat is only 300m (3 mins walk) from Forest Hill station. It is opposite a big Sainsbury's and close to numerous pubs, restaurants and cafes. There is a popular gym over the road and a short walk to Horniman park, gardens and museum. You would be less than 20 mins from London Bridge or Canary Wharf and with a direct line to Shoreditch, Dalston, Clapham, East Dulwich etc.

I own the flat and have lived here for five years. Before buying in 2021, I've lived in shared houses since my university days.

There will be a bed! The picture doesn’t show but there’s a double bed and mattress. I will also provide anything else you need so it's FULLY FURNISHED.

There is a large, highly-sociable kitchen space which has a big Rangemaster induction cooker, dishwasher and wine fridge.

There are two bathrooms between the four of us - reducing the need for pre-work sharp elbow tactics.

There is a large balcony which catches the sun in the morning and access to communal garden spaces at the front and rear of the property.

I am an easy-going city professional who does a lot of travelling, dining out, gym, golf and making the most of London.

Other housemates are a film producer and horticulturist, so something for everyone!
