I'm looking for someone to move into my flat in Forest Hill. It's just the two of us sharing the house. Searching for someone friendly, respectful, and who appreciates a calm living environment.

Duplex with two bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. I keep the place quite clean, so I'd like to maintain that standard.

LOCATION:
Just a 3-minute walk from the Overground station, with quick connections to central London. The area is quiet and has everything you need: a large Sainsbury's, a Better Leisure Centre, an affordable gym, and several great pubs and restaurants.

ABOUT ME:
I'm a civil engineer working in engineering consultancy. I enjoy reading, the gym, socialising, swimming, tennis, and museums.
